This pair of beautifully designed seaside retreats have been carefully renovated to host larger group stays for up to 17 guests. The Coach House and the Cottage share the same private grounds lined by pine trees, and joint booking is possible (subject to availability), making the Pines the perfect location for your holiday with friends or family.
Located on top of the hill overlooking Bull Bay, the two houses have been dressed to provide a high level of comfort and sociable living spaces to enjoy with family and friends. The external character of the houses is complemented by contemporary interior design. Flooded by natural light, the open living areas are finished in warm natural textiles and patterns that provide a relaxing ambience.
Whilst the houses enjoy their own individual privacy, they are the ideal destination for larger get-togethers with seating for all guests in The Cottage dining area and on the extensive outside decking areas.
The Coach House (sleeps up to 7 guests)

Upstairs, the master super-king bedroom has double velux windows to ensure ample light and a sense of space. The family bathroom encloses a rainforest shower and has sweeping views across to the coastline and Irish Sea.
