Whether you require one room for a short stay or you need hundreds of people accommodating, we will find a solution to perfectly fit your every requirement. Possibly the best bit, is that we won’t charge you a penny for our services! Our friendly, passionate and knowledgeable team will handle your request from the initial idea, through to checkout.

Who Are We?

Penguin London was started and is managed by the two passionate directors Ollie Millroy and Fern Webster. Together they use their wealth of experience and connections to provide a First Class service to their clients.

Fern Webster
Owner/Director

After studying at Cardiff University and working for Emirates Airline as a member of Cabin Crew, Fern began her career in Film on set in amongst the lights, camera and action! She soon went on to coordinate the stunt, locations, shipping and accommodation departments for several blockbuster movies. Fern has toured the world living out of a suitcase for the past five years learning what to expect from a hotel and what we all really hope for when checking in.  She has a great understanding of both the needs of the guest and the people behind the scenes making the bookings.

Ollie Millroy
Owner/Director

Ollie has had successful careers as both a professional racing driver and a stunt driver in film and TV. During his career, he has spent a huge amount of time in hotels and apartments throughout the world, networking and building connections within the industries. Having used services similar to that of Penguin London, he completely understands the relationships from both sides which is important for providing a high level of service to our clients.

Kelly Gauld
Travel Coordinator & Media Manager

Kelly has come from a social media background and has enjoyed spending time travelling the world. She now has a passion for combining the two to assist in bookings and social media management of Penguin London. With an understanding of what is expected when travelling both for work and pleasure she is keen to meet the needs and requirements of clients and look at ways in which Penguin can grow around the world.

Sonia Gillatt
Travel Coordinator
Sonia has come from a project management background in the design industry, always ensuring client’s needs are met quickly and efficiently. With a passion for travel she is looking forward to putting both practices together to create the perfect travel solutions for our Penguin London clients.
